In this position, you will be responsible for customer satisfaction, handling complaints and monitoring customer quality for the Integrated Production Unit (UPI) for electrical contactors at the Chassieu site.
**Your responsibilities**:
- Receive and technically qualify customer complaints (understand customer needs and complaint).
- Identify any critical cases that could have a major impact on ABB's image and/or have significant financial repercussions.
- Carry out technical expertise (L6S approach) with the support, if necessary, of the site's technical teams.
- Manage customer communication during the assessment, with possible on-site visits (on a one-off basis).
- Write the associated 8D reports.
- Handle claims with a constant concern for rapidity and thoroughness in terms of documentation and technical aspects, using in-house tools (Sales Force currently being deployed).
- Monitor customer satisfaction.
- Ensure that corrective and preventive actions are taken and implemented.
**Your background**:
- Degree in technical engineering (ideally electrical engineering).
- At least 3 years' experience including a commercial relationship in an international context.
- General knowledge of electricity, mechanics and electronics.
- Mastery of quality tools (FMEA, Six Sigma, statistical approach, problem-solving methodology, continuous improvement, etc.).
- Fluent English and French, both spoken and read.
- Analytical and synthesizing skills.
- Customer, market and results-oriented.
- Strong awareness of Health, Safety and Security rules: HSE is everyone's business.
