Our growth is driving us to strengthen our Core Services team.

Reporting to the Head of Product Core Services, you will be responsible for the associated features and user journey of the Billing and Payment products. This includes defining, designing, and managing seamless, scalable, and transparent billing and payment solutions that enhance the customer experience and support the company’s growth.

As part of the **Billing & Payment Squad**, your mission will be to identify and prioritize user opportunities, develop value-creating solutions, and coordinate their design and implementation in collaboration with technical, design, and business teams.

**YOUR DAILY ROUTINE**:

- Develop our offering to help clients better manage their costs.
- Lead the product’s strategic vision and manage the product roadmap, improvements, and launches.
- Align the team around the roadmap through engaging communication.
- Define key indicators to evaluate product health, analyze feature performance, and generate insights.
- Continuously interact with customers, internal services, market leads, and sales teams to understand needs and expectations.
- Collaborate closely with engineers, Squad members (Product Designers, Product Marketing Manager, User Researcher, Tech Writer), and other Product teams to propose the best solutions.
- Oversee iterations and ensure a high level of quality for end users.
- Create and present internal materials (roadmaps, training, demos, etc.) for teams such as Sales, Support, and Finance.
- Participate in the PM community to improve processes, workflows, and tools.

**ABOUT YOU**:
SOFTSKILLS:

- Ability to collaborate across teams to foster innovation.
- Fluency in both French and English, spoken and written.

HARDSKILLS:

- 5+ years of hands-on product management experience.
- Practical experience with billing and/or payment systems.
- Practical knowledge of SQL for data analysis.
- Experience working with large teams (10+ members) and different stakeholders.
- Previous experience with cloud computing systems.
- Ability to define a product strategy.
- Technical proficiency to translate business needs into developer-friendly terms.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
