Overview:
The South Europe Marketing Director is responsible for campaigns that help customers succeed and Revenue Organization revenue. You'll focus on developing program elements for campaigns, like events, webinars, digital marketing, and ABM, PR, social, and brand awareness activities for this region. You'll be the Sales team's key contact in the region, and you'll help them understand the programs. You'll also be the voice of messaging and positioning in the region, helping support regionalisation and translation of content as needed.
What you'll do at UiPath:
- Partner with sales and being the voice of marketing in the region. Work with Sales leaders to create a strategy for the region that meets the region's goals for both enterprise and Emerging enterprise accounts.
- program management for relevant events, webinars, and promotional efforts, including activity research through to building the program, delivery, and making sure efficient lead follow-up and pipe generation and acceleration
- Provide feedback to the Global teams on program execution in region
- Manage sales blitzes to drive new pipeline generation.
- Present updates for your programs on weekly Sales & Marketing sync calls.
- Gather needs for the team for branded materials and take on the management of the process.
- Partner with the global team to develop local-market content aligned to the EMEA strategy adapting appropriately for social, cultural, and product nuances locally
- Approve, tweak, and localize content coming from the U.S. team to guarantee it meets the needs of the region
- Partner closely with global product marketing to co-create the regional product launch strategy aligning with regional-specific launch deliverables
What you'll bring to the team:
- Minimum of 5 years of related or equivalent experience running marketing in the South West region.
- You'll bring your ideas to the team and run your own programs. You need to be self-sufficient while partnering closely with the Revenue
- You'll have run events and webinars in person and virtually from ideation through the event itself and the followup.
- You'll have managed regional campaigns and have a strong understanding of project management and collaboration tools.
- Strong written skills to support development of materials and copy-written content in region.
- Fluent in French—other languages are considered a bonus.
