**International HR Generalist EMEA - based in France**

In a multinational environment with high-performance culture, Fortinet is looking for an HR Generalist to partner with our growing EMEA team.

**Responsibilities**
- Point of contact for employees and managers for HR-related matters in France and other EMEA locations
- Participate in providing a wide range of human resources services in a customer-oriented manner
- HR Administration: handle all administrative tasks from employee's recruitment until exit process, including employment contracts, benefits, payroll related operations
- Enter and audit data in the HR Information System
- Documents human resources actions by completing forms, reports and records as needed
- Follow-up immigration procedures
- Follow-up benefits enrollments and medical visits
- Follow-up on French compliance processes such as training plans and management of performance and appraisal reviews
- Ad-hoc support to the EMEA HR team
- Contribute to EMEA & Global HR projects

**Skills**
- Bachelors or master’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, Law or related field
- Fluent English and French (other languages would be nice to have)
- Excellent writing skills and verbal communication
- 5-7 years’ experience providing HR support in an international organization
- Strong analysis/problem solving skills and a proven ability to pay close attention to detail
- Exceptional organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Strong Team player
- Solid experience with HRIS information systems (preferable Oracle)
- Excellent computer skills, including knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
