You benefit from training throughout your career, aimed at promoting your development towards different roles within the Group. **Position summary** Support Quality Specialists in wet and dry petfood factories in thermal process and foreign body management. **A day in the life of a Thermal Process Expert role**: - **Quality strategy**: Support NPP Europe Head of Quality in developing quality roadmap & objectives based on Group and NPPE ambitions and objectives. Responsible for monitoring its enforcement by tracking relevant KPIs. - **"Quality means more"**: Support NPPE Head of Quality in promoting Quality awareness / communication program in ensuring that every NPPE employee influence Quality and trust through leadership, dedication and passion. - **Quality System**: Communicate and ensure fully implementation / enforcement of Nestlé Standards for Quality and Food Safety within category specific NPPE factories in their areas of expertise - **Quality auditing and verification**: Ensure that an audit system is in place, is efficient and obtains expected results for the Nestlé production facilities used by NPPE in their areas of expertise - **As Business Partner/ Challenger**: Provide inputs for development of the technology platform and ensure relevant QM expertise in the design and validation. Responsible for the design for Target Quality (and ensure quality targets are set & met for all relevant briefs) for their area of expertise. Participates in project risk assessments as required. Be involved in the development of the relevant technical documentations. Manage agreement compliances aspect related with thermal process with non EU authorities. - **Factory technical assistance in their area of expertise**: Escalate issues and resource needs to the technical function leadership team (TFLT). Execute defined priorities from TFLT leadership team meeting.. Actively participate in Operational Master Planning of factories of the product category. Involvement in CAPEX projects. - **Root Cause analysis and action plan**: Support quality performance in factories for opportunities to improve in the quest for zero defect and continuous improvement. **What will make you successful**: - You have experience in thermal process (retorting mainly but all other experiences will be welcome) - You know how to ensure the maintenance of consistent product quality, managing product evaluations and calibration - You are a technical leader and you can handle management tool to deliver project on time and flag blocking points and associated resources issues - You are able to work in a network and communicate efficiently internally (factories and markets) and externally on a European scope - You are able to dialogue with all levels of management and experts - You are mobile and the willingness to travel - Your level of English is fluent written/spoken Do you recognize yourself?
