On-site Customer Service Employee

**What does the role of Customer Service Employee entail?**:
As a customer service employee, you will work at the premises of Stryker in Montbonnot, one of the world’s leading medical technology companies. You will be working there on-site at the customer as a MAG45 employee. The role will be working under the Marketing and Sales Department and report directly to the Country Manager France and Switzerland. You will be full-time on-site at the customer and will be integrated within the customer team.

As a customer service employee, you will enjoy a wide array of activities. You are the first point of contact for all operational questions between our customer Stryker. Translating operational questions to solutions is your daily activity.

**What will you be doing on a day-to-day basis?**:
You act as a customer service contact person for this specific site, administrative handling of orders/quotations in the system and managing the order book, communicating and following up on issues with the customer, receiving customer complaints, and offering advice on MAG45 products are your responsibilities.

Moreover, you are the gatekeeper of the KPIs. You achieve this by guarding and improving internal KPIs, translating internal KPIs to external reports, and ensuring that customers meet their commitments with regard to orders and payments.

Together with your strong entrepreneurial skills and you know what the expectations of the customer are. You are capable of proactively identifying deviations in contracts and supporting the route to customer satisfaction.

Your operational responsibilities also entail the handling of materials and making sure the goods are received and in place. You help us to achieve that promise to our customers that we provide order, tidiness and well-organized stock is realized at all times.

**In addition, recognize yourself the skills and education below**:

- Bachelor level preferably in a technical area;
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a technical environment with concern for commercial goals;
- Experience in working in a multi-disciplinary and multinational environment;
- Native French speaker and fluent in English (written and spoken);
- Experience in working with Microsoft Office (MS Excel is mandatory);
- Experience in working with ERP systems is a big plus point;
- Experience with working in a multinational environment
- Available 35 hours per week (full-time);
