**Sweep is hiring a Recruitment Officer. You will play a key role in supporting our mission to tackle climate change by helping build a team of talented and passionate individuals. You’ll work closely with our Talent Acquisition team to ensure a smooth and effective recruitment process as we scale our company.**: We are looking for someone available immediately for an apprenticeship or professionalization contract of at least 18 to 24 months. We are also open to a full-time 6-month internship if it can be followed by a 12 or 24 month work-study program starting in September. Climate change is the defining challenge of our era, and technology is at the center of the fight. Sweep is arming companies with tools to manage their climate impact, thereby contributing to a better future for everyone. ***: **Ok, sounds promising. What will I be doing?**: Your role will be to ensure a seamless recruitment process and support our efforts to attract and retain top talent. Your main responsibilities will include: - **Job Posting**: Ensure job opportunities are effectively posted on our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other relevant platforms, following our internal processes. Collaborate with hiring managers to tailor job descriptions and ensure alignment with role requirements. ***: **That sounds just right for me. What do I need to bring?**: Glad you asked. This is who we’re looking for: **Qualifications** - Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program (internship or apprenticeship) in HR, business, or a related field. - Experience using modern collaboration tools like Google Docs, Slack, and Notion. - Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a variety of stakeholders. - Highly detail-oriented and organized, with a focus on accuracy. - Fluency in French and English (both written and verbal). **Qualities** - A hands-on problem solver, self-motivated, and always maintaining a "glass half-full" attitude. - Someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and easily manages multiple priorities. - A strong communicator who excels at fostering connections and ensuring smooth workflows. - Proactive and dedicated to delivering high-quality solutions. - Deeply committed to our mission of creating a better future for everyone. ***: **Copy that.
