Dans le cadre du développement de nos activités, nous recherchons un "Project Manager PMO IT (H/F)". Pour ce poste vous aurez notamment pour tâches: Responsabilités du PMO: - Assure la mise en place des méthodologies et des outils de gestion de projet ainsi que leur alignement avec la gouvernance de l’entreprise (lien avec le service AE Méthodologie, qualité et knowledge). - Appuie le Responsable de Programme dans l’établissement du budget, du planning, des ressourcesainsi que pour tout le reporting (tableaux de bord, suivi des dépenses, gestion des risques & incidences ) - Apporte une aide à la collecte des informations pour la conception du modèle cible - Recueille les informations nécessaires aux revues de bénéfices - Met en place et tient à jour une structure d’archivage des documents du projet en SharePoint - Gère et coordonne les informations pour faciliter une gestion efficace des risques et incidences du projet. Tient à jour les registres des risques et incidences ainsi que les rapports d’avancement et d’exception. - Maintient le suivi consolidé du respect des jalons, du budget (ETP et €) du projet - Communique les informations demandées par Transformation Office (encodage outil, tableaux de bord,) - Maintient le suivi des différentes versions des Business Case des projets - Soutien aux Chefs de projets dans le suivi des projets (aspects budgets, risk, issue,) - Participation aux réunions de gouvernance projet et rédaction de synthèse / PV - Assure la gestion logistique du projet (matériel, réservations, catering,...) - Expérience de 3 années en tant que PMO sur des projets IT - Rigoureux dans la gestion et la consolidation des informations sous sa responsabilité - Excellentes aptitudes en communication écrite et orale en français - Peut mener des réunions avec des profils variés et obtient la confiance de ceux-ci - Facilite la recherche de consensus et de solutions win-win - Capable de maîtriser très rapidement des contenus divers - Peut créer des présentations et présenter devant tout type de public - Solide base méthodologique ; un certificat international de gestion de projet est un atout (Prince 2, PMBoK,...) - Engagé et responsable, capable de travailler en équipe ou individuellement - Pragmatique, systématique, structuré, dynamique, flexible et résistant au stress Qui sommes nous ?
