To support KVD Beauty brand development on European markets, you develop and lead in-markets brand strategy and marketing plans implementation by activating all marketing levers in conjunction with KVD's international teams and internal departments in line with global brand positioning in order to drive profitable and strategic brand growth.
**Brand Strategy & Marketing Plans development & **implementation**
- Define and execute 360 plans for the brand and new upcoming product launches with retailer’s teams, US and KVD Europe team in compliance with defined budgets and the global strategy
- Track Brand performance and new products/shades performance in EU markets and suggest necessary promo actions or assortment optimization to drive sales
- Track Pricing & competitive environment, monitor trends, benchmark
- Work hand in hand with the KVD Marketing team
- Manage, plan, and coordinating online and offline brand activities with proven ROI in conjunction with VM, field sales, Ecom & Social teams
- Ensure budget monitoring
- Manage the promotional means according to the activation plans and the needs
**Relationship management with the retailer**
- Carry out brand plans presentations to ensure the follow-up and the implementation of the strategy.
- Work with the Demand & Supply Manager on the forecasts
- Negotiate visibility and support for the brand online & offline
- Define, manage & optimize the assortment
- Deliver required product information for the new product listing, product matrices and digital assets
- Constantly look for the opportunities to optimize brand tools & assets productivity in order to push sales
**Brand Communication**
- Adapt key brand communication assets for activations
- Work with brand team in US to ensure EU region receives all relevant assets for the products and brief US team to deliver specific assets for Europe according to local needs
- Ensure consistent implementation of brand communication in markets respecting brand creative guidelines
**People Management**
**Profile**:
With a higher education (Bac + 5) Specialty Marketing / Communication, you have up to 5 years of experience as a project manager for a brand or alongside a retailer. You have an experience in beauty category, preferably in make-up and in project management. Ideally working with Sephora or other Beauty retailer
Organized, energetic, reliable, with the ability to manage multiple projects by managing priorities, with “never give up” positive and optimistic approach and perfect cross-cultural & cross-functional communication skills. Being a strong team-player, you know how to lead projects from A to Z
Particularly sensitive to digital issues, you are passionate about the world of cosmetics and want to make your contribution in the brand rebirth with an international dimension.
You have ideally evolved in an international environment that has allowed you to highlight your relationship qualities and develop your autonomy. The practice of fluent English is mandatory in order to exchange daily with your interlocutors in Europe and the US.
