**What you will be doing**:
As a **Senior T&I / Methods Engineer,** you will play a pivotal role in ABL Group’s offshore renewables and O&G projects, delivering an expert Marine Warranty Survey (MWS) and Transport & Installation (T&I) consultancy. You'll be responsible for reviewing and approving loading, transportation, and offshore installation procedures, providing technical expertise through the design, construction, and installation phases. Working closely with our engineering team in France, you’ll contribute to high-profile projects in Europe, and West Africa, and support 100% of French offshore wind developments—all within a flexible, growth-oriented environment. In addition, you will:

- Collaborate with clients and Project/Department Managers to ensure seamless project execution.
- Review and provide feedback on technical documents, calculations, and procedures, participating in design reviews, risk assessments, and technical meetings.
- Manage projects to meet client objectives, service level agreements, and timelines, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout.
- Conduct analyses for transportation, heavy lifting, and installation activities, and act as a technical authority during project execution.
- Guide on-site inspectors and coordinate their deployment onshore and offshore, supporting other technical teams as needed.
- Travel to sites to perform marine warranty surveys and inspections, ensuring project quality and compliance.
- Prepare monthly project status reports for clients and Department Managers.
- Collaborate with the Head of Department and other stakeholders in business development, including client meetings and proposal development.
- Contribute to tender production and business strategy initiatives to support ABL Group's growth.
- Adhere to ABL Group’s HSEQ standards and ensure team compliance.
- Oversee project invoicing processes to maintain timely financial management.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering development within ABL Group.

**What we are looking for.**:

- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Naval Architecture, or a related engineering discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the industry.
- Strong knowledge of the O&G and renewable energy sectors.
- Technical expertise in the subsea, offshore, and maritime installations.
- Familiarity with ship engineering and offshore development project lifecycles.
- Hands-on experience with marine loading, transportation, and installation operations.
- Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills, with a proactive and organized approach.
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in numerical data.
- Ability to produce well-structured, detailed reports in both English and French.
- Skilled in managing multiple priorities and meeting tight deadlines.
- Resilient, self-disciplined, and comfortable with independent work.
- Willingness to step out of comfort zones and take initiative.
