AMZL (Amazon Logistics) is on pace to become one of the largest parcel carriers in the world. This requires a robust process that fully leverages delivery station and driver capacities to accomplish the scale necessary to deliver a world class customer experience.

The EU AMZL ACES Multiple Mode of Transport (MMOT) Senior Specialist is responsible for delivering on special projects for the MMOT program. This role will partner across teams in developing solutions to enable and scale various modes of transport. In doing so, prioritizing driver experience and bottom line performance while supporting on-road safety and quality teams where required. This individual will be accountable for influencing business-critical decisions that enable scale and deliver consistent, industry leading performance within our AMZL Operations. We will raise the bar on customer experience while lowering costs and supporting growth.

In this role, you will focus on leading program improvements and initiatives, working in close collaboration with delivery partners, support teams, and AMZL operators, piloting new methods and processes across EU operations, leading the way in developing the future.

To be successful in this role you will need to be analytical, able to translate business problems into scalable and tangible process improvements and an influencer capable of working effectively with senior leadership across multiple organizations and geographies. You will also need to be a self-starter, strong communicator, and problem solver able to work with cross-functional teams on complex logistics problems, deal with ambiguity and advocate on behalf of the customer.

- Able to quickly distill down complex operating models and identify where the value and opportunity is
- Ability to operate at both a strategic and operational level
- Credible and impactful both with Senior Operational and Business Leaders as well as on the shop floor
