**Votre quotidien**: L’activité Systèmes terrestres et aériens basé sur le site de Massy est leader dans les systèmes de commandement et de contrôle des opérations aériennes et les systèmes radars de défense aérienne.

En tant que Procurement Project Manager au sein de l'équipe Achat IAS, vous jouez un rôle essentiel pour garantir la compétitivité et la performance des achats. A ce titre, vos principales missions seront de:

- Développer la compétitivité des achats pour les projets du secteur Air Operation, comprenant divers équipements et logiciels.
- Piloter des partenariats en sous-traitance à l'international.
- Identifier des enjeux et des exigences des offres, avec intégration dans les consultations.
- Structurer des projets d'acquisition et définition des stratégies d'achat.
- Coordonner des actions achats avec les équipes opérationnelles et gestion des litiges.
- Représenter des achats lors des réunions de management de projet.
- Garant du respect du Code d'Ethique et participation aux obligations d'achat des pays clients.
- Engager dans la transformation du Centre de Compétence en Ingénierie d’IAS et suivi de sa performance.
- Participer à l'analyse Make or Buy et gestion des activités achat du projet et d'une offre export au Qatar.

**Votre profil**:
Titulaire d'un BAC+5, vous avez de l'expérience dans:

- Le domaine des Achats dans le secteur industriel,
- Dans le milieu militaire des systèmes
- La gestion de projet
