N'attendez plus, rejoignez un environnement de travail de qualité où le sens du collectif est clé. **Vos challenges** En collaboration avec les associés, votre mission, en tant que Junior project manager | Global Compliance Management Services F/H consiste à: - Participation aux appels d'offres auprès des clients (dites « outbound » : groupe français pour lequel le cabinet gère la coordination du processus déclaratif dans toutes leurs filiales.) avec contribution au processus de bout en bout : de la collecte des données auprès du réseau KPMG pour la préparation de l'offre, en passant par la négociation des honoraires avec les différentes équipes locales KPMG, jusqu'à la finalisation de l'offre ; - Coordination au jour le jour des projets dits « outbound », de façon autonome, avec un minimum de supervision. Cela intègre l'organisation et le suivi de la phase de transition, la revue du contractuel ainsi que le suivi de la facturation et de la mission au quotidien ; - Assistance auprès de l'équipe GCMS concernant les clients en provenance du réseau (dits "inbound" : assistance à la transition sur de nouveaux clients filiales de groupes étranger) : préparation des budgets d'honoraires, des comptes-rendus pour les phases de transition, demandes de création fournisseurs/PO, etc. - Assistance à la gestion des outils de planification du cabinet : Monday, JIRA, etc - En complément de ces activités, vous..._ - Vous justifiez d'une première expérience en project management dans un environnement finance, comptable ou fiscal, et possiblement, d'une expérience dans la gestion d'un portefeuille client diversifié. - Vous disposez de possibles connaissances en comptabilité, fiscalisté ou en matière sociale, vous ayant permis d'acquérir de bons réflexes et des compétences techniques dans les dossiers qui vous seront confiés. - Vous maîtrisez Office 365. - La maîtrise de l'anglais, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit, est un prérequis. - Vous êtes force de proposition et reconnu pour votre dynamisme ainsi que pour votre aisance relationnelle. Votre sens de l'organisation et des priorités, votre adaptabilité et grande flexibilité, vous permettront de vous intégrer au sein de l'équipe et d'adhérer à la culture et aux méthodes du cabinet pour y évoluer avec succès.
