We are looking for an amazing intern to join our marketing team Report to Hera, our Senior CRM Manager in Paris.

As a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Intern, you will support the CRM efforts with a focus on marketing campaigns and transactional communications in all markets we operate.

**YOUR MISSION (IF YOU ACCEPT IT)**:
- Lead the creation and implementation of multi-channel marketing campaigns, working closely with our brand, business and design teams.
- Conduct A/B testing and analyze results to provide recommendations to the team for strategic improvements.
- Provide support on CRM automation to identify areas for increased process efficiency leverage that to provide dynamic, personalized content to users

**YOU ARE IN THE RIGHT PLACE IF**:
- You feel comfortable working & speaking in English and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- You are highly detail-oriented **(this is a must)** and creative with an experimentation and testing mindset.
- You are someone who enjoys the technical side of CRM including working on automation and data integration as well as the creative side focusing on content and design.
- You have already used a CRM campaign management tool**:big plus** if used Braze.
- You are able to work independently and cross-functionally while demonstrating drive and initiative.
- You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and are able to multi-task efficiently.
- You are adaptable and a fast learner eager to acquire new skills.
- You have affinity with data, you are at ease with numbers and statistics.
- You have experience with programming languages. It is a big plus but **not required**:

- You have previous experience in marketing, **a big plus** if it was in CRM.

**ABOUT THIS INTERNSHIP**:
- ** Starting date**: July 2025
- ** Duration**: 6 months **Full-time** internship (35h/week - Monday to Friday)
- ** Location**: Paris, France
- ** Requirement**: You must have an internship agreement provided by your French school.

**Recruitment Process**:
- Video-call HR Interview with the Talent Acquisition Specialist (30min)
- Technical test (home assignment)
- Skills & cultural fit interview and live case study questions with Hera and Maeve (1hour)
