Maison Chaumet is seeking an **International Head of Product & Marketing Activations**for its International Communication and Marketing Department. This is a permanent position based at the headquarters in Paris 8th arrondissement and reports to the CMO.
**MISSIONS**
Under the authority of the CMO, the International Head of Product & Marketing Activations actively leads the product development strategy and 360 marketing activations on an international scale to meet the positioning, image, and business objectives defined in the strategic plan. He/She manages marketing group managers, ensuring the impact, quality, and consistency of product launches and marketing initiatives across markets. This role requires close collaboration with internal teams (Creation Studio, Development, Merchandising, Supply Chain, Communication, Commerce, Finance, Training) and with the Marketing/Merchandising and Communication teams in the regions. It requires a pragmatic approach to drive product growth and profitability through comprehensive activation plans and the ability to co-create with stakeholders in the value chain while remaining aligned with the defined MarCom strategy.

**MarCom Strategy and Upstream Planning**:
- Develops, nurtures, and implements, with group managers, the marketing and product development strategy for ranges/collections, in line with the company's image and business objectives.
- Oversees the creation of 3-year marketing plans for new Retail and Wholesale products, ensuring the development of 360 plans tailored to market realities and to the insights received from markets, as well as competitive analysis.
- Formulates short/medium/long-term strategic recommendations (offer positioning, budgets) and participates in the construction of HJ/JO/Bridal/Watch collections plans.
**Global Marketing Activations**:
- Co-constructs, formalizes, and participates in the deployment of impactful 360 marketing mechanisms and activations to develop the desirability of collections and support their commercial development.
- Coordinates these actions in close collaboration with all headquarters actors: MarCom, Supply Chain, Retail Merchandising, CRM, Omnichannel, Training, etc.
- Ensures the coherence and alignment of activations with the brand's overall strategy.
**Glocalization & Adaptations**:
- Engages with regions to determine critical adjustments or dimensions to maximize the ROI of marketing and product plans, in the context of a multipolar world marked by increasing cultural and jewelry consumption preferences between markets.
- Leads and facilitates annual local plans known as KCP (Greater China) and specific cultural celebrations, such as Ramadan (Middle East) or White Day (Korea).
**Product Development**:
- Oversees the creation process of new products, from the initial brief to commercialization, ensuring strict adherence to Time to Market.
- Supervises marketing specifications, pricing, and margin positioning, ensuring product offer coherence with brand image, customer expectations, and synergies between Access/Precious and Premium segments.
- Specifically leads and facilitates the Maison's watchmaking and product innovation development plan (operational responsibility shared across 2 segments + development teams).
- Works closely with the Sales Merchandising team to define sales forecasts for new products.
**Product Life-cycle Management**:
- Contributes to managing the active range across different product segments, in close collaboration with the Merchandising teams.
- Specifically leads and facilitates the so-called Life Series plan (La Vie Série), on a marketing plan (operational responsibility shared across 2 segments + development teams): evolutions, rationalization, re-engineering, various optimizations, both Jewelry and Signature High Jewelry.
- Validates actions to extend product lifespan and optimize profitability, including pricing dimension.
**Trade Marketing**:
- Prepares clear and impactful presentations on product segments.
- Collaborates with training and Merchandising teams, providing necessary content for presentations and events.
**Analysis and Reporting**:
- Relies on the team to analyze and synthesize sales dynamics of new products and ranges. Prepares associated presentations.
- Conducts competitive analysis and monitors market trends to identify potential opportunities and threats.
**Team Management**:
- Supervises, motivates, and leads marketing group leaders.
- Defines individual and collective objectives, monitors performance, and supports skill development.
