**Your role**:
As part of our IT team, you will work on various projects and day-to-day tasks. You will be trained and supervised throughout your work-study period to develop your technical and professional skills. Here’s an overview of your tasks:

- Preparing Windows images with WDS: You will prepare and deploy Windows images on user workstations with a view to allocating hardware.
- Optimisation of the WDS server.
- Supporting the IT team in matters relating to IT security.
- Level 1 IT support: You will be responsible for managing first-level support, including resolving common problems and providing technical assistance to users.
- Participation in IT projects: You will be involved in a number of current and future projects.

**Your profile**:

- You are preparing a degree (Bac+1 to Bac+2 or equivalent) in the field of IT.
- You have a keen interest in operating systems, IT security and IT infrastructure management.
- You are comfortable using IT tools and would like to acquire system administration skills.
- You are self-motivated, rigorous and have good interpersonal skills for working in a team.

- Analytical and problem-solving skills: You are solution-oriented and able to diagnose and resolve technical incidents.
- Adaptability: You’re ready to work on a variety of tasks, from user support to managing more technical projects.
- Autonomy: You will be able to work independently after initial training and under the supervision of a tutor.
