**Value Stream Manager My M&M's (F/M/X)**:
**Mars Wrigley France**

**Location**: Haguenau (near Strasbourg)

My M&M’s is an e-commerce, make to order (MTO) business that personalizes M&M’s. The Operations Manager for My M&M’s owns all processes and activities in converting consumer orders into finished goods from the time an order is received until it is delivered to the customer’s doorstep. He/she needs to ensure that quality products are safely manufactured in sanitary conditions. This manager leads the team that integrates the efforts of operating teams across responsibility over My M&M’s logistics, R&D, inventory and production scheduling. The Operations Manager is responsible for efficiently and effectively managing the area within cost service goals. The Operations Manager will also provide leadership and motivation on Strategy, Mars Signature Processes (IBOs, IDPs, Engagement, etc) and FMOS. He/she is the primary decision maker regarding all My M&M’s assets and is a liaison between Mars Wrigley France Supply and the My M&M’s Supply team.

**What are we looking for?**:

- Experience as a Team Leader, or in Packaging and Logistic roles
- Supply Process Management and Project Management experience
- Communication, Decision Quality and Perspective skills
- Experience as a manager with development of direct reports and others
- Language : Fluent in English & French

**What will be your key responsibilities?**:

- Cost Transformation

Drive cost transformation and efficiencies within My M&Ms Supply function
- inclusive of AME initiatives, management of overheads, staff management, etc.
- Logistics

Responsible for defining logistics strategy.

Manages relationship with third parties, such as co-pack suppliers and small parcel logistics provider.

Leverages relationship to identify efficiencies and improvements for ongoing cost improvement.

Provides oversight and direction to shipping methods and calendars to optimize logistics cost.

Coordinates planning and follow through for key seasons.

Engages Commercial Lead when recommending changes to standard operating agreement.
- Inventory Management

Maintains structure and discipline inventory transactions.

Responsible for optimizing safety stock, reorder points and quantities.
- Packaging development

Responsible of packaging development with their team in accordance to Mars quality, safety standards, marketing brief, customer needs and production line efficiency.

Partners with Mars Retail global R&D Sr. Manager on implementation of new packaging and new recipes.
