**Procurement Transformation Project Manager (f/m/x)**:

Location: all possible location including Poland/UK/Spain/France/Lithuania/Netherlands/Greece/Hungary)
- The role is contributing to the delivery of multi workstream procurement (commercial transformation programs (including value leadership/mac attack), driving effectiveness and efficiency across commercial, including enabling sourcing strategies, digital roadmap, fit for purpose processes, systems and tools and cross-functional cooperation across marketing, S&OP and supply chain._
- In order to deliver these goals in the most effective and efficient way a role is needed which has a high expertise in project & process management. It will provide the necessary transparency and clarity that is needed and escalate if deviations from the agreed objectives occur. Furthermore this role is the regional center of expertise when it comes to procurement project management related processes and tools and knowledge management topics._

**What will be your key responsibilities?**
- Drive regional transformation activities across procurement, working closely with cross functional project teams. Projects differ in terms of type and complexity.
- Drive and implement commercial transformation agenda.
- Management of Projects related processes and tools and knowledge management topics.
- Deploy projects aimed at synergies.
- Support a more effective and agile implementation, while identifying efficiencies that will allow resource and focus aimed at transformational projects that enable the function to meet its commitments to the organization.
- Enable sharing best practices and learnings across the organization.
- Enable sourcing strategies through project implementation.
- Contribute to the development of fit for purpose processes, systems and tools).

**What are we looking for?**
- Sound business understanding. Preferably functional Expertise in either: Commercial (Procurement), Activity Management, Supply, R&D or Marketing
- Bachelor’s degree at a minimum.
- High degree of self-autonomy within pre-defined area of responsibility and within the agreed business strategy and processes.
- Min. 3 years of supply chain and/or project management (experience in a similar position would be an advantage).
- Motivating, engaging and leading of cross functional project teams in order to deliver agreed pipeline in agreed timeframe and high quality.
- Cross technology and function alignment and good practice sharing among all project managers.
- Building up and continuously improving deep knowledge of project management expertise.
- Project and Process Management expertise as well as facilitation skills.
- Fluent in English (written & spoken). Other languages beneficial.
- High level of pro-activeness and willingness to take responsibility. High communication capability.
- Pro-actively driving and delivering continuous improvement of project management related processes, tools and ways of working in the agreed areas of expertise.
