- Vous rejoindrez le pôle « Financial Crime Compliance », partenaire leader des institutions financières dans la lutte contre le blanchiment d’argent, le financement du terrorisme et les embargos. Plus de 440 clients (représentant plus de 1500 sites) s’appuient sur les logiciels « Firco Enterprise » pour filtrer leurs fichiers clients et leurs transactions financières avec les listes de surveillance et donc lutter contre le crime financier.
- L’équipe est basée à Paris et possède des bureaux à Miami, New York, Londres, Zurich, Chennai, Singapour, Tampa, Sao Paolo, et Pretoria et fournit les services, le support, ainsi que l’expertise à ses clients dans plus de 70 pays.
« Financial Crime Compliance » fait partie du groupe Lexis Nexis Risks Solutions, filiale du groupe RELX.
- Le rôle:

- Qualifications:
- 10+ années d’expérience dans le monde du développement logiciel.-
- 2+ années d’expérience du management.- Compétences techniques:
- Connaissance des méthodologies AGILE (SAFE est un plus) et des bonnes pratiques sur tous les aspects du développement logiciel de production.-
- Connaissance des principaux environnements de développement logiciel-
- Expérience forte dans le pilotage de projets, plan, reporting, scope et budget en usant au mieux de la délégation et de la priorisation continue.-
- Expérience dans la gestion d’équipes délocalisée et/ou en sous-traitance.-
- Expert confirmé dans le partenariat interne et externe pour adresser des besoins complexes.-
- Compétence confirmée de leader pour définir, communiquer et cascader les objectifs business en management direct.-
- Expérience avancée de résolution de problèmes complexes en guidant les équipes sur les méthodologies d’analyses et d’investigations techniques, l’identifications des causes et de solutions-
- Excellente communication écrite et orale : influenceur dans l’âme, prêt à échanger avec une large audience, des leaders seniors ou des clients prestigieux, avec un esprit concis et efficace.- Vos missions:
- Manager les équipes techniques en accord avec la culture d’entreprise : embauches, formations, suivi des performances individuelles, partage de feedbacks et reconnaissances, anticipation des risques et résolution des problèmes.-
- Maîtriser le budget et superviser les projets.-
- Encourager l’amélioration continue, les nouvelles idées et l’innovation.Encourager l’équipe à être responsable de leurs actions et leurs décisions-
