**THE ROLE**:
Within our Container Logistics department, under the Recoveries Manager's responsibility, you will follow up on Recoveries activities (following damage on containers) for the area you are responsible for.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
You are the main contact for the network of Recourse agents worldwide, in charge of identifying the responsible third parties for container damages. You will be in charge of making the total loss declarations according to the procedures in force.
You are in charge of developing commercial logistics offers related to Recourse sold with Booking.
On a daily basis, you will be in contact with the agencies of the ports of arrival to follow the progress of the files, and will be in interaction with all the actors of the CMA CGM Logistics chain: Agents, Ports, Terminals, Legal Department, Commercial Team, Maintenance and Repair Department....
You will be responsible for the management and reporting of your zone to your Manager. You will identify the monitoring indicators to be implemented and develop the instructions and procedures if necessary.
**PROFILE AND QUALIFICATIONS**:
You have a Master's degree from an engineering school or a business school, and have previous experience in a similar position.
You have a good command of office automation tools and are perfectly at ease in written and spoken English. Your interpersonal skills will be essential to communicate with your numerous contacts. You are quickly autonomous, your sense of organization, your rigor and your reactivity will contribute to your success in this position
Logical and rigorous, you handle figures and computer tools with ease.
