**What we are looking for...**
- Prior successful field sales experience
- Someone ready to hit the road and travel, with a clean driving record
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills to help clients achieve their riding goals
- A passionate rider with knowledge of the English riding industry and horse shows
- Strong organizational skills; reliable, independent, and dynamic go-getter
**Sales Representative Mission**:
- Become the most talented saddle expert within your territory
- Develop and manage your customer base independently (Amateurs, Trainers, Pro-Riders, Barns)
- Represent CWD at horse shows
- Create a unique experience for clients through your knowledge and best-in-class customer service
**Sales Representative Benefits**:
- You will receive a fixed salary and unlimited commission potential

- We will cover 100% of your personal health insurance costs through our carrier, in addition to your base pay and commission
