We are seeking a Junior Legal Counsel with 2-3 years of experience to join Technip Energies’ team and support our digital business and digital transformation activities, as well as other digital-related activities.

This position will be responsible for providing legal support to Technip Energies Digital Business and Digital Transformation activities, including but not limited to digital product development, marketing, sales, and technology.

The Junior Legal Counsel may also work closely with external counsel and will be expected to develop strong working relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.

**Responsibilities
- Provide legal support for digital product development, marketing, sales, and technology initiatives, as well as other digital-related activities of Technip Energies
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts related to digital business, including but not limited to Software licenses, SaaS agreements, Cloud computing agreements, Data processing agreements, Intellectual property licenses
- Advise on legal issues related to their scope
- Work with external counsel to manage regulatory inquiries, and other legal matters
- Stay current on legal developments and industry trends related to digital business and digital transformation
- Responsibilities supporting legal aspects of partnership contract for reselling or creating new sales channels
- Provide training and guidance to business teams on legal issues related to digital business

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience as a legal counsel in a digital business or software company
- Strong understanding of legal issues related to digital business, including data protection, privacy, and cybersecurity
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
- Excellent written (including contract/legal drafting) and oral communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Experience working with external counsel is a plus
