- 25 March Compensation: To be agreed, based on experience and expectations Overview A private family office is seeking a VIP-level Waiter / Service Professional for a fixed-term assignment at a private villa in France. The role involves providing high-end table service for the family’s daily meals and formal dinners for invited guests. This position requires prior experience in luxury hospitality environments and the ability to deliver discreet, polished service at an international standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide formal table service for daily family meals.
- Execute professional service for private dinners and hosted events.
- Set and maintain refined table presentation (silver service, fine china, glassware handling).
- Coordinate closely with the Private Chef and household team.
- Manage mise en place, table settings, and service flow.
- Ensure seamless guest experience during formal and informal dining.
- Maintain highest standards of discretion and confidentiality.
- Oversee cleanliness and organization of dining areas.
- Proven experience in fine-dining restaurants, luxury hotels, yachts, or private households.
- Experience serving high net worth individuals or VIP clients is required.
- Strong knowledge of formal dining etiquette and service standards.
- Good level of English (required).
- Ability to anticipate guest needs and act proactively.
- Professional appearance and demeanor. Personal Qualities
