Index Sales Focus Asset Management

We are looking for a motivated sales with relevant education and business experience. The primary focus of this role will be to drive the growth of our index business within asset-management space (ETFs, Mandates and Benchmarking) through the development of an appropriate sales strategy.- Structure, negotiate and close deals.- Detect up-selling potentials with existing clients.- Seek new business or new product sales through new account acquisition and / or penetration of new buyer hubs.- Integrate knowledge of industry trends and personal experience to deliver value to customer on both new product offering and pricing structure.- Proactively identify pipeline opportunities, in coordination with product team.- Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events.

Profile and skills- Proven experience in a sales role.- Consistent track record in a quota bearing sales environment.- Ability to-define, coordinate and execute a sales plan.- Presentation and communication skills (verbal & written).- Strong interpersonal skills.- Very good knowledge of the European financial market & trends (ESG, Factor, index tracking).- Good knowledge of the equities and bond markets.- Extensive knowledge of indices.- English: full professional proficiency is required.- Proactive and hands-on, with proven capacity to identify opportunities and close deals.- Strong team player- He or she must be willing to travel, mostly within Europe. The index team is currently based in Paris, Amsterdam and Oslo.- Education: Masters degree, preferably in finance.- Based in Paris or London
