**About the role.**

**What you’ll be doing.**
- Lead and coordinate the Frozen production area to deliver high performance in quality, cost, and

timelines.
- Build and monitor the production schedule in alignment with Supply Chain planning.
- Track, analyze, and report production KPIs including efficiency and yield.
- Manage the sector’s budget, costs, and resource needs (personnel, equipment, materials).
- Lead initiatives for continuous improvement in HSE, quality, and performance.
- Guide, coach, and inspire a team of at least 7 direct reports and a broader team of operators.
- Conduct team performance reviews, support training plans, and foster engagement.
- Ensure strict compliance with Health & Safety, environmental, and food safety policies.
- Support technical innovation, product launches, and investments in the Frozen area.
- Collaborate with internal partners across engineering, quality, maintenance, and R&D.

**What you’ll need to be successful.**
- Proven experience in industrial production management and performance improvement.
- Strong leadership skills with team management experience.
- Solid knowledge of budgeting and cost control in a manufacturing setting.
- Experience with continuous improvement, food safety, and quality systems (e.g., HACCP).
- Strong project management abilities.
- Fluent in English & French
- Comfortable working in a plant-based environment with operational responsibilities.
