Senior Buyer Procurement Marketing Implementation

We are looking for a dynamic Procurement Business Partner - Marketing Implementation to join our procurement team. Reporting to the Procurement Director, you will help shape the future of our procurement strategy. RESPONSIBILITIES
As our Procurement Business Partner - Marketing Implementation, you will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic implementation of our procurement initiatives across our global brands, managing a spend of approximately $150M in close collaboration with our central procurement category team.
In this role you will work closely with Marketing teams to implement procurement guidelines and support day-to-day interactions with agencies. You will lead negotiations and manage critical marketing project to ensure successful execution. Partnering with the central procurement team you will continuously improve the proposition and ensure it is adapted to the overall business needs: sustainable savings, innovation, ROI and de-risk the practice to support growth and the overall Coty strategy.
**Your main focus**:

- Lead the effective execution of established sourcing strategies in collaboration with key internal stakeholders, while leveraging industry insights, best practices, and supplier capabilities.
- Drive cost-efficiency through tactical negotiations and process improvements, while ensuring transparency and compliance in contract management.
- Be an ambassador for financial discipline while maintaining a strong commitment to delivering creative excellence.
- Develop strong supplier relationships to accompany our turnaround strategy and our innovations.
- Be a proactive change agent, driving continuous improvement and innovation across procurement processes.

As an experienced Procurement Business Partner - Marketing Implementation, you bring clarity, agility, and strong communication skills (both verbal and written) to every interaction. You thrive in a fast-paced, diverse, and international environment and have the following skills:

- 7+ years in Marketing Procurement with deep knowledge of the Marketing Categories sector and expertise in strategic sourcing and procurement strategies.
- Analytical storytelling: Ability to distill complex data into clear, impactful narratives that drive decisions and outcomes.
- Project management: Highly organized and structured, with the ability to oversee multiple projects and ensure timely, successful delivery of all deliverables.
- Team Player with a Winning Mindset: A strong collaborator who values diverse perspectives embraces challenges, and drives future-focused improvements with a proactive, action-oriented approach.
- Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel, approximately 25% of working time.
