Salary: €40,000 per annum, plus company benefits

Location: 122, rue Amelot 75011 Paris

Contract: Permanent, full time

Hours: 35 hours per week

Shifts: Monday through Friday 9am-5pm

Break details: 1-hour lunch, unpaid

Work model: Fully onsite

Purpose of this Role:
As a Reprographics Operator you will be responsible for delivering a first-class experience to our clients. You will be responsible for the accurate completion of all tasks, delivered within the agreed service levels agreements.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate electronic or computerized scanning equipment to convert hardcopy documents to electronic versions
- Collection of incoming documents from customers
- Input of basic customer details into tracker
- Verification/sorting of documents as per checklist
- Scanning of documents
- Entering the customer’s and the transaction details into system
- Courier or hand delivers of original documents to customers and managing customer queries
