**Join Our Team as a Field Application Engineer Apprentice ( FAE )**:
Under the guidance of a senior engineer, you will join our technical team focused on developing mechanical and mechatronic solutions for our industrial clients.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Assist in gathering and analyzing client requirements to define technical project goals
- Contribute to mechanical and mechatronic design using CAD tools (e.g., SolidWorks)
- Help draft functional and technical specifications
- Support prototype development and participate in validation testing (functional tests, factory trials)
- Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers, including those based in China
- Contribute to technical documentation and user training materials
- Support the sales team during technical presentations and trade shows
- Learn to manage a project from pre-sales to final delivery
**WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR**
- Currently enrolled in an engineering program or Master’s degree in mechatronics, mechanical engineering, or electrical engineering
- Knowledge of mechanical design, electronics, and automated systems
- Proficiency in CAD tools (SolidWorks or equivalent)
- Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to synthesize technical information
- Strong interpersonal skills, team spirit, and adaptability
- Proficiency in technical English is required
- Curiosity, autonomy, and a desire to learn in a dynamic technical environment
