**About your responsibilities**:
- Collaborating with the team to brainstorm and develop concepts for new products launches and marketing campaigns.
- Conducting research on industry trends, competitors’ analysis, and consumer preferences, product performance, pricing to inform decisions.
- Support the team in 360 campaign
- media brief, CRM brief, Influence and events
- Support on Visual merchandising with planogram & assortment updates (fixture updates, store openings etc); make sure Sephora Good for Program compliant products are properly displayed at Sephora
- Support Sampling, collateral & Newness forecast process & manage excess
- Play a key role in coordinating & communicating between regional teams, local markets, and global teams to ensure seamless collaboration and successful & timely implementation of marketing initiatives including instore execution.
- Update and maintain internal and retailer’s databases on core and new products (provide product information, assets etc for every new launch)
- Support product needs for internal and external requests as well as well as providing regulatory samples
- Minimum Education Level: BAC+5 (Master), Marketing
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PPT is a must
- A first experience in marketing mandatory preferably in Beauty industry
- Excellent analytical, written and verbal communication, organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines (reprioritizing as needed).
- Independent, organized, dynamic and a team player with the ability to work in fast paced environment & cross functional teams
- Required Language Proficiency: English & French fluency
- Practical knowledge of social media management tools and reporting software is a plus. Creative Software skills are a plus: Figma, Photoshop, InDesign.
