Nous recherchons pour un de nos clients, un Chief Resident Engineer pour une durée minimum de 12 mois au TAJIKISTAN.
- Administration et gestion du chantier
- Organisation du chantier
- Participer à toutes les réunions tenues sur le chantier
- Rédiger le rapport hebdomadaire de chantier avec tous les problèmes rencontrés sur le chantier
- Assure au quotidien l’organisation générale du chantier
- Tenir à jour le planning d’avancement des travaux sur chantier
- Réceptionner les travaux en cours et fin de chantier
- Assurer le repli et nettoyage du chantier
- Gérer le personnel, Prestataires externes / (sous-traitants, cocontractants), visiteurs, des activités de l’ensemble des travailleurs sur chantier
- Traite avec le client, les autorités locales, le maître d’ouvrage, et tout autre intervenant
- Participe aux réunions avec le client

**PROFIL**:

- Dispose d’une expérience probante (+10 ans) en coordination de projets (type génie civil)
- Est motivé, dynamique, et doté d’un sens de l’organisation
- Aime le travail en équipe, mais sait faire preuve d’autonomie
- Capable de gérer des relations conflictuelles
- A une très bonne connaissance de l’outil informatique (MS Office, MS Project)
- Maîtrise l'Anglais, une connaissance du Russe est un plus
