**Job Overview**
You will play a key role in campaign implementation, testing, and rapid optimization, leveraging data-driven insights to experiment with ad creatives, test new acquisition channels, and develop scalable growth strategies. We seek someone who thrives on real-time optimization, creative problem-solving, and a results-driven approach to continuously improve our user acquisition efforts.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Comprehensive Campaign Management**:
- Define and execute paid acquisition campaigns across Social Ads (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and programmatic platforms.
- Continuously optimize campaigns in real-time based on ROAS, CPI, LTV, churn rate, and other key performance indicators.
- Manage ASO to maximize app visibility.
- Proactively test and analyze new acquisition channels with a growth hacking mindset.
**Creative Testing & Optimization**:
- Work closely with creative teams to develop, test, and iterate on high-converting ad creatives across various formats.
- Implement A/B testing strategies to optimize ad performance and improve conversion rates.
- Conversion Funnel Optimization & Retention:
- Work closely with the product team to optimize onboarding and user retention.
- Develop re-engagement strategies through push notifications, CRM, and retargeting.
- Analyze user journeys and recommend improvements based on data insights.
**Data Analysis & Tracking**:
- Implement and monitor acquisition KPIs: ROAS, CPI, LTV, churn rate.
- Work with mobile and web attribution tools such as Adjust, Firebase, Google Analytics.
- Conduct in-depth performance analysis to improve campaign efficiency.
**Growth Strategy & Budget Management**:
- Build an evolving and scalable acquisition strategy.
- Manage and optimize the marketing budget across various channels.
- Monitor the profitability of ad investments and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Explore innovative UA tactics, including influencer marketing, viral growth loops, and partnerships.
**Required Skills**:
- Expertise in hands-on mobile (app-first) acquisition and web marketing.
- Strong knowledge of advertising platforms: Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads Manager, etc.
- Experience in ASO and mobile SEO.
- Strong data-driven culture: cohort analysis, LTV, ROAS, churn rate.
- Mastery of tracking and attribution tools: Adjust, Firebase, Google Analytics.
- Ability to manage an acquisition budget, drive campaigns, and optimize profitability.
- Creative mindset, experience in ad creative development, testing, and iteration.
- Growth hacking mentality, proactive in testing new UA approaches beyond traditional paid channels.
- Experience in a startup, mobile-first B2C environment.
- Familiarity with automation tools, bid management platforms, DMPs, and DSPs.
**Experience & Education**
- 3 to 6 years of experience in UA and Growth Marketing, with a strong focus on campaign execution and optimization.
- Experience in scale-ups or mobile startups is a strong plus.
