We are a High-Performance sales organization, that is thriving from working with our customers - often Industry Leaders - solving complex business challenges and positioning solutions in your focus area together with our skilled Presales and Solutioning organizations. You will also work closely partner with our technical experts to expand the value proposition towards your client and offer the full stack. You will lead Cross-sell initiatives to existing platinum clients across on behalf of multiple business initiatives - You will be regarded a Business Leader and Problem Solver by your customer, in fact their trusted advisor on Business Technology Solutions. **Why should you join?** - DXC offers an open, flexible, and supportive environment which brings ideas to life, our commitment to development and diversity sparks innovation. - Our lived values make us one of the most attractive employers worldwide - Top 25 of Comparably's list of companies with "Best Global Culture 2021" and Top 50 in "Best CEO 2020" ranking, with 7 more Comparably awards in 2022 including Best Global Culture - Great opportunities to work in one of the most significantly growing fields and with a diverse portfolio of clients by exploring the diversity of deals as well. - Opportunity to extend skills to various offering sales accounts and accelerate your career growth inside the organization. **On this role you will make an impact by**: - Leading the planning and execution of sales activities related to qualifying, selling, and closing of opportunities with existing customers or new logo - Besides deep involvement in our area of focus (SAP solutions), you will be given the opportunity to lead multi-discipline opportunities across our entire Application Services - With you specialized know-how in SAP solutions you will help account teams to drive a pipeline of qualified leads across a defined territory, help qualify leads into opportunities and execute qualified leads through to closure. - You will be an important player within our organization and will be interfacing with the internal organization and external partners to develop and implement strategies, plans and business models to enable further growth in the SAP space. **To be successful in the role you need to have**: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related field preferred. - We expect you to have 7-15 years of sales and/or sales support experience in SAP solutions - Ideally you would have additional sales and/or sales support experience in non-SAP products and services in the ECA and SaaS domain, such as SalesForce, ServiceNow, SuccessFactors, to name a few. - Experience working with the technology industry, specifically related to shaping, selling and/or delivering SAP services. - Experience in consultative selling services with “use cases” to address specific industry challenges, with hands-on experience in one or more relevant functional areas (e.g. Logistics, Supply Chain, Finance/Controlling, etc.) - Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills for interacting with team members and prospective clients - Good networking skills and an inclusive attitude to create and maintain and leverage formal and informal communication networks - Fluency in French and English At DXC, we harness the unique contributions of our people to give us our edge.
