Nous recherchons un(e) planificateur(trice) de projet très organisé(e) pour mettre en œuvre et superviser les calendriers des projets. Dans ce rôle, vous collaborerez avec les chefs de projet, définirez les tâches et contrôlerez l'exécution des calendriers des projets. Vous pourrez également préparer des rapports sur l'avancement des projets et l'évaluation des performances.

Pour réussir, les planificateurs de projets doivent posséder une solide connaissance du secteur et une expérience démontrable en matière de planification de projets. Un planificateur de projet de premier ordre est une personne dont l'expertise permet de réaliser avec succès les objectifs du projet envisagé.

**Tasks and Qualifications**:
**Principales responsabilités**:

- Consulter les chefs de projet et les experts techniques pour définir les missions, les tâches.
- Élaborer, mettre en œuvre et maintenir un système efficace de gestion du calendrier.
- Coordonner les calendriers des projets avec les services internes et les parties prenantes externes.
- Contrôler les délais et les échéances des projets.
- Identifier les retards potentiels dans le calendrier du projet et faciliter l'intervention en temps utile.
- Évaluer les performances et préparer les rapports d'avancement des projets.
- Prendre en compte les mises à jour et les modifications apportées aux calendriers des projets.
- Recommander des actions pour que les projets restent dans les limites du budget et soient achevés dans les délais.
- Tenir les parties prenantes informées des calendriers et des échéances des projets.
- Documenter les processus de planification des projets et tenir des registres.

**Connaissances et expérience**:

- Licence en gestion de projet ou dans un domaine connexe.
- La certification en tant que professionnel de l'ordonnancement du PMI (PMI-SP) sera un avantage.
- Au moins deux ans d'expérience en tant que planificateur de projets dans un secteur connexe.
- Vaste expérience de la planification et de la gestion du calendrier.
- Connaissance approfondie de la portée des projets dans le secteur.
- Capacité avancée à évaluer l'état d'avancement des projets et à faciliter les interventions.
- Capacité à tenir les parties prenantes informées des calendriers et des changements apportés aux projets.
- Excellentes compétences en matière d'organisation, de gestion du temps et de communication.
- Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais
- Visite sur les sites des projets lorsque cela est nécessaire.
