The Electric Project Manager is responsible for overseeing all phases of electrical projects from initiation to completion. They work to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget, while adhering to quality standards and complying with relevant regulations. They liaise with clients, vendors, and a multidisciplinary team of professionals including engineers, electricians, and other tradespeople.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Project Planning and Development**:

- Developing detailed project plans, including scope, goals, schedule, and budget.

**Resource Management**:

- Estimating material, labour, subcontractor and equipment needs.

**Project Execution**:

- Leading project teams and facilitating collaboration and communication among team members.
- Coordinating with other trades to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems into the overall project.

**Quality Control**:

- Monitoring project progress and making adjustments as necessary to stay on track.
- Implementing quality control procedures to ensure work meets or exceeds standards.

**Financial Management**:

- Negotiating contracts and managing relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.

**Communication and Reporting**:

- Maintaining open lines of communication with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
- Resolving conflicts and issues that arise during the project lifecycle.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Several years of experience in electrical project management or a related role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
