Our international client is a dedicated Microsoft partner providing specialised services for cloud adoption and transformation.

Due to expansion, they are currently looking for a **Technical Analyst **to join their Microsoft Technology Services team.

**Job Profile for** **Technical Analyst**
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
**Orchestrate Assessment Data Collection**:

- Manage and execute the activities required to deploy the data collection tools for each assessment

**Deliverable Building**:

- Use raw data to build customer-facing deliverables in Power BI and PowerPoint

**Manage current accounts**:

- Stay in close contact with the extended team to provide technical support on data collection and data analysis

**Customer support**:

- Must be fluent in French and English, both written and spoken
- Bachelor’s degree is required
- Experience with Microsoft Office, MS Excel and PowerBI
- Ability to work with IT teams and leverage tools in support of collecting data
- Knowledge of Azure Fundamentals and/or Microsoft Fundamentals, Microsoft licensing certifications will be advantageous
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Solid attention to detail, data analysis, and analytical skills
- Focus on quality and objectives accomplishment
- A desire to integrate consulting on Microsoft solutions and offerings to support organisations’ business needs, with a technical skillset
