As part of the team in charge of developing the Group's Digital Marketing solutions, you will assist the Lead Product Owner (tutor) and the Product Owners in their daily missions.
You will work in agile mode on deployed Salesforce products, interacting directly with the 3 Product Owners, as well as the developer teams, the business and additional external resources.
MISSIONS
To participate in the identification and collection of internal customer requirements by leading workshops and collaborating with all stakeholders in the various entities and subsidiaries of the Group
To train on the Salesforce products deployed and to contribute to their adoption by your internal customers
**You will support the management of the product backlog**: ticket creation, planning and prioritisation.
You will contribute to the conceptualisation of the solution and the writing of user stories: specification of functional rules and acceptance criteria, taking into account technical impacts and dependencies.
To create and to update the technical documentation intended for the users of the various platforms
You will identify and qualify the data in order to allow its exploitation in the framework of the developed solutions.
To assist the team in the testing of the developed functionalities.
PROFILE
You are preparing for a master's degree of a business/engineering school, university or equivalent, and have an interest in technology and the issues surrounding the company's digital transformation. You are curious, a good listener, organised and methodical, autonomous, with good written and oral communication skills, in French and English (essential).
