MISSION
To address today's challenges, the Group is developing an ambitious sustainable development strategy around three pillars: acting for people, the planet, and responsible business.
This strategy, managed by the CSR (Sustainable Development) Department at the headquarters in Marseille, is implemented and driven locally by a network of coordinators.
RESPONSIBILITIES
As part of your apprenticeship, you will be entrusted with the following three missions:
Mobility Plan - Marseille
Assist the mobility coordinator in implementing various measures from the mobility plan for the Marseille Arenc site (including feasibility study of a company shuttle).
Manage and oversee our daily Switch To Bike (Electric Bike) program.
Participate in the deployment of the WEVER platform at headquarters, our future mobility data manager at both national and international levels.
Sustainable Energy and Water Management in Our Buildings - France and Worldwide
Monitor and provide quarterly reporting on the consumption of our offices.
Implement dashboards.
Ensure the successful execution of action plans.
Prepare steering committee meetings in collaboration with the project manager.
Group Employee Engagement Program - Worldwide
**Help develop and animate the community of CSR ambassadors**: propose activations, create content (news, articles, podcasts, practical guides, presentations...).
Assist in organizing internal events aimed at raising awareness and engaging employees.
**For these three missions, you will need to**:
Provide action reporting.
Conduct CSR news monitoring, benchmarking, and propose improvement suggestions.
Animate internal communication.
The missions may evolve depending on the student's profile and the company's activities.
PROFILE AND SKILLS
You are seeking an apprenticeship for your Master's degree in Engineering School (ideally specialized in sustainable development/CSR/Energy/Biodiversity/Environment).
You have a project management profile and an interest in sustainable development issues in business.
You are fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
