**The Opportunity**
Are you ready to take on the challenge of providing technical direction to projects, maintaining a comprehensive technical overview from start to finish?
We are looking for engineers willing to relocate to The Netherlands
As a Lead Engineering Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in our projects, overseeing every phase from conception to completion. You'll be responsible for creating the system design directly in collaboration with clients, approaching problems with a keen analytical and model-based mindset. Your role involves drafting specifications for major procurement parts and guiding the multidisciplinary detailed design process. Taking technical responsibility for contract execution, you'll lead a team of engineers specializing in power electronics and electronic control, prepare on-site work, and provide instructions to Commissioning Engineers. Successful project completion, client satisfaction, and a positive Site Acceptance Test (SAT) mark your and your team's success.
Regular consultations and coordination with suppliers and Project Managers, as well as supporting the Sales, Services, and Workshop teams with your technical expertise, are key components of your role.
**What Will You Do?**
- Develop system designs.
- Specify detailed designs and procurement components.
- Review detailed designs and complex procurement components.
- Construct and evolve design standards and models.
- Oversee the production of your designs.
- Lead qualification and testing of your designs.
- Support sales, services, and team members.
- Cross-train colleagues.
**What Do You Bring?**
- A completed university degree in engineering, specializing in control engineering, (power) electronics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and experience in a similar role.
- Solution-oriented, customer-focused, independent, and a team player.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, with German being a plus.
- Ownership of your work.

**Salary**: 3,300.00€ - 4,500.00€ per month
