Royal Canin Global Regulatory Affairs is investing into upgrading the data, processes and systems which will make our organization more efficient and effective in delivering solutions compliant with an evolving and always more complex regulatory environment. To achieve that goal, we are looking for a **Global Regulatory Data & System Manager **to upgrade our Ways of Working to the required standards, making them more data-driven, reliable, and traceable. In this role, you will be part of our digitization & continuous improvement journey.
**What are we looking for?**
- Min. 2-3 years of experience in regulated industries (e.g., food, feed, life sciences) or from management consulting serving these industries in roles participating to data
- or IT-related projects
- A background in data services/products, databases, data modelling/relational data, finding patterns, understanding data formats
- Experience working with data engineers / scientists on visualizing data with reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI)
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Openness and willingness to challenge the accepted ways of working and both develop and support implementation of new ones
**What will be your key responsibilities?**
- Understand and document regulatory data & knowledge landscape, data capture and data flows (current and future ones) between systems used to assess and validate products’ compliance
- Contribute to culture shift to value regulatory data & knowledge as a strategic asset
- Lead projects related to regulatory data management, quality, governance, compliance
- Help to shape future processes to maximize the use of regulatory data to deliver more value for the organization
- Provide feedback for the continuous improvement of the platforms / systems supporting the management of regulatory data
- You will be driving the design & deployment of systems and tools owned by Regulatory Affairs
- As a functional expert for systems supporting Working Processes owned by Regulatory Affairs, you will be the second line of support for end users.
- As a key user of systems used by Regulatory associates, you will be the first line of support for end users.
