**Missions**

Avec l'étroite collaboration du CTO, **vos principales missions seront les suivantes**:

- Vous prendrez la tête de **2 équipes** de développement agile software et firmware
- Vous dirigiez l'**exécution des développements de produits** de la marque en collaboration avec le pôle produit innovation
- Vous apportez votre **point de vue technique aux réflexions** de fonds de la société, facilitant la communication entre les différents pôles engagés
- Vous mettez en place des **outils et méthodes de gestion de projets** devenant le langage commun entre le top level management et le middle management

**Profil recherché**
- Architecture logicielle, design patterns
- Développement embarqué (Baremetal, Linux/RTOS est un plus)
- Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery
- Passionné de musique
- Connaissance Norme MIDI
- Environnement Musique Assistée par Ordinateur (Plugin, DAW, etc) est un plus
- Appétence pour vulgariser des sujets techniques pour qu'ils soient compris par l'ensemble des équipes
