User support, data validation and quality assurance

Nature of the tasks

With reference to the information systems mentioned in section 1 the Agency requests from the contractor to provide:

- User guidance and support regarding:

- The use of the system
- The publication of documents and records
- Follow-up of incidents and organization of the reporting.
- Follow-up of user requests.
- Follow-up of bug reports.
- Drafting and management of documentation, for instance:

- user manuals,
- on-line help, e.g. KB, FAQs, etc.
- web documentation.
- Prepare, and give training courses on information systems.

Knowledge and skills
- Proven knowledge in end-user assistance and support of information systems.
- Good IT skills.
- Knowledge of web, wiki, collaborative sites and social networks.
- Excellent communication/writing skills.
- Capability of working in a team.
- Ability to participate in multi-lingual meetings (fluency in English is a must, other language might be required dependent on the needs of a specific project).
- Able to use the office automation tools used at the Agency (MS-Office).

Education and experience
- Minimum 5 years of relevant studies and/or experience after the secondary school.
- Minimum 2 years of experience with specific end user support systems/collaborative

tools/project-specific technics.
