Within the
team and working with the EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) Product Owner, the EPM Software Implementation Specialist is responsible for the smooth running of the deployments entrusted to them.

This position is based in Paris with offices located in Saint-Denis.

We follow hybrid work schedule (2 or 3 days at office).

**Your main responsibilities include**:

- Evolution of the product_
- Understand the needs transmitted by users and translate them into user stories/use cases;
- Set-up/develop the new features required in the tool;
- Participate in the design and preparation of end to end user acceptance tests for new features;
- Ensure the maintenance of the coherence of the architecture of the solution;
- Contribute to defining the roadmap of the product in coordination with PO and Stakeholders.
- Support_
- Assist user during closing;
- Deliver day-to-day support to users and solve issues as they arise.
- Documentation_
- Maintain and update the functional & technical documentation, procedure etc, of the product as things evolve;
- Responsible for the design of the standard operating procedures associated with the processes put in place for a given warehouse.

**What we except you to have**:

- Engineer or university education, preferably in IT;
- 3-5 years of professional experience in a similar field;
- Well knowledge of EPM tools in the Market (especially IBM Planning analytics);
- Knowledge of the financial sector and controlling could be a great plus.

**Your profile**:

- You are comfortable with users relations and have demonstrated listening skills;
- You are detail-oriented and have problem-solving skills;
- You can translate business needs into product requests;
- You know how to manage priorities and are results oriented;
- You are rigorous, you have excellent interpersonal skills and team spirit.

**Languages**:

- Fluency in both English and French (written & oral)
