In charge of tracking and monitoring sales activities and supporting all business departments, the team identifies potentials for performance or efficiency improvement and suggests action plans with relevant stakeholders (Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance ). The Business Operations team also manages a wide range of tools available to Revenue teams, unlocking new capabilities and optimizing workflows through AI and automations. The Business Operations Analyst plays a strong role in transversal projects to deliver on these objectives and works closely with the rest of the team daily. **What you’ll be doing as a Business Operations Analyst** - Identify and explain **business levers and opportunities**, provide **business analyses and reporting** for Business teams, Executives, and our investors, **analyze and monitor** our Revenue team’s performance (reporting, modeling, forecasting) - Manage **strategic projects** to improve operational efficiency across the Revenue organization (incl. Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Channel ) and support CybelAngel’s growth - Enhance the Business teams’ experience and productivity with **tooling** **and** **task** **management**, leveraging diverse tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Aircall, Modjo, Dust - Guide Business teams to identify opportunities for **new automations or AI initiatives**and provide operational support for efficient implementation and deployment **Who you are** - Graduated from an **Engineering/Business** **Master's** with a minimum of 18/24 months of relevant experience in **Consulting, Sales Operations, or in an analytical position** - you have both strong business acumen and data management skills, and like to lead analytical and technical projects to deliver on business needs and objectives - Previous successful experiences in **project management** with multiple stakeholders - you’re able to describe a project that you led, involving multiple stakeholders from different profiles or teams, and that required you to deliver by coordinating and aligning objectives - ** "Problem-solving" and "impact-driven" mentality** - you like to get your hands dirty; you don’t necessarily know how to code Python or use SQL, but if that can solve your problem, you’ll know how to make it work with AI and proper tutorials - ** Rigorous, structured,** and **organized** mindset - you can always clearly state where you stand in a project or justify and provide details on hypotheses you used to perform an analysis - Very good **communication skills (French and English)**: - at ease both engaging with our sales team to support their needs or ask them to clean their pipe, and delivering or requesting clarifications to deliver on a request from our CEO or investors**Our Benefits** Salary range: 40k-45k based on your level of seniority and competencies you will demonstrate during the hiring process 5 % bonus, based on company and individual performances Debit card for paying for lunch, with company contribution ‍️Healthcare insurance, with company contribution ️Remote allowance Referral bonus for every new CybelAngel we recruit based on your recommendation ‍️ Monthly credits to spend with CSE partner ️5 weeks of holidays and RTT Subsidy for one sporting event per year ️ Legal Care Service solution Flexible work environment : flexible hours, remote (+45% of our team works fully remotely), right to disconnect charter, sick child leave paid **Diversity & Inclusion** Advocate team Very friendly and benevolent atmosphere Multicultural team (19 nationalities) ️34% women Index Egapro 84/100 - We are committed to creating an inclusive workplace and givin
