Who You'll Work With
As a P&C (HR) Consultant for France, you partner with the P&C France Leader, local country leaders and Country Leadership Board (CLB), Works Council, Employee Resources Organisations (EROs), and the People & Communities (HR) eco-system to drive engagement, collaboration, and country innovation as well as focus on compliance and change.
What You'll Do
You contribute to global practices and frameworks to ensure the country engagement experience is locally relevant yet consistent globally and aligned to our ambition of remaining The Best Place to Work globally. You also orchestrate the implementation HR related changes in country. You gain a deep understanding of the HR offerings including our People Strategy and understand the business, country and regional landscape.
Responsibilities Include:
- Partner closely with the P&C France Leader, Country Leadership Board (CLB) and Leadership Teams to co-design and execute solutions and the country people strategy
- Partner with the Community Partners (HR BP) in region to understand the need and demand of the business to ensure local activities and initiatives match the business strategy for the region
- Collaborate with the various EROs on identifying engagement opportunities, educating them on Cisco HR programs and global best practices
- Support with local compliance and legislation requirements and partnership with local Works Council
- Partner with P&C stakeholders (e.g. Benefits, ER) to ensure country relevance in global/regional/country programs
- Provide country insights and consulting on how to approach and implement country compliance and legal requirements, benefits changes, global programs
- Support execution of cross-functional projects e.g. restructuring, mergers, acquisitions and divestiture
- Support critical Employee in Crisis escalations and critical country ER escalations
Who You Are
- You are a trusted HR consultant, advisor & coach
- You have business acumen and demonstrate effective stakeholder management and communication skills
- You have country knowledge and local HR expertise
- You have a global approach, are curious and keen to develop knowledge and acquire/share global standard methodologies
- You have sound judgement and are able to manage ambiguity
