**Transdev is hiring a Learning & Development Program Manager (M/F)**

We are currently seeking for our Group Learning department a talented and highly motivated Learning & Development Program Manager (M/F) to support our transforming organization

As a Learning & Development Program Manager, you will report to the Group Learning & Development Director, you are responsible for designing learning and development programs and implementing them on an international scale.

You will work with multiple stakeholders in every country where Transdev operates, evaluate and anticipate business needs, lead the development of training programs and drive the deployment across countries, with a focus on developing the management and cross-functional skills of the group's managers.

**Responsibilities**:
The main responsibilities are as follows:

- Partner with internal customers across divisions and countries to understand their learning objectives and define learning requirements.
- Lead the design, development and implementation of the proposed learning solutions.
- Take ownership of the existing learning offer in order to improve current learning and development programs and take full advantage of the Group Digital offer.
- Work transversally with HR and International Learning & Development community to foster sharing of best practices, identify synergies across countries and co-design Group L&D programs.
- Keep up with the latest innovations in learning and facilitate adoption of new approaches that enhance learner experience and knowledge retention.
Design and develop learner-centric educational content in multiple modalities, with a focus on creating agile and scalable solutions.

**Required Education and Experience**:

- ** **10 years’ experience in program management, learning and development AND Master’s degree in human resources.
- Experience in the HR function in an international environment.
- Experience in designing and managing leadership development programs.
- Strong experience in designing, developing, and implementing blended-learning solutions.
- Experience in a Program Management role within a matrix organization.
- Experience with Cornerstone LMS would be a plus.

**Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with various levels of leadership and employees.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Enjoying collaborating with teams in a transparent, fast-paced environment.
- Communication and presentation skills.
- English & French full proficiency is required.
