As our **Meeting & Events Specialist**, you’ll be responsible for securing meeting and events bookings with cool companies.

You’ll be working closely together with our Community Manager, and Sales Manager while reporting to the General Manager of Zoku Paris

**WHAT WILL YOU DO?**

No day looks the same as a **Meeting & Events Specialist**but here’s a glimpse of what you can expect:
**The ultimate party planner**: You’re the go-to person and first point of contact for all things M&E. You love a good chat and have a knack for event planning.

**Creating memorable meetings**: You’re in charge of coordinating everything needed to create unforgettable events.

**A networking champ**:You’ll create and maintain relationships with potential and current accounts while discussing partnership opportunities directly with our Sales Manager.

**Keeping things organized**:Organization is your middle name. We’ll need you to have your admin in check to manage feedback, invoices are more.

- Have prior experience working in communication
- and reservation
- oriented roles, e.g. front office, sales or call center / help desk or events.

**A FEW MUST HAVES**
- You have 1-2 years experience in a similar sales function in the hospitality industry.
- You are an EU resident or have a valid working and residence permit for France
- You love to work, as we need you full-time (39 hours).
- You have extraordinarily strong communication and writing skills.
- You are fluent in both** French** and **English**, other languages are a plus.
