You join the team of Asset Management Commerce France which is composed of about thirty people within the Asset Management France. This team manages assets of businesses, hotels, healthcare in France on behalf of institutional, private and regulated fund clients type SCPI/OPCI.

On a daily basis, your missions are to:
Participate in the definition of asset wealth strategy, implement and elaborate it by adapting the different assumptions of building valuation;
- Ensure the conservation and complete, as part of the management, the documentation of the buildings in order to anticipate potential disposals;
- Participate in the determination of the value of real estate, depreciation risks and control the expertise of external providers;
- Adapt and implement the rental strategy and expense control;
- Control the operating budget as well as the technical management of the buildings while mastering cash flows and expenses.

**Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience**:

With a higher education with a specialization in finance and real estate, you have at least 6 years of experience in a similar position.

You master:

- The key stages of commercial property management: leases, works, disputes and General Assemblies of co-ownership.

You have excellent interpersonal skills, a very good ability to listen, you are:

- Pragmatic and organized;
- Autonomous and proactive.

You master English with a C1 level.
