**ALTERNANT.E SUPPORT CRM/SMART PROJECTS**

**Avignon, France**

**PRINCIPALES MISSIONS**:

- SUPPORT SMART PROJECT COORDINATOR
- Création de procédures pour toutes les opérations de maintenance CRM et mise à jour des procédures existantes
- Opérations de maintenance et d’administration sur le CRM et automatisation
- Support des utilisateurs du CRM
- SUPPORT PERFORMANCE COMMERCIALE
- FIABILISATION DES FLUX DE DONNEES, MISE A JOUR ET AUTOMATISATION
- Fiabilisation : mise en évidence des incohérences dans les différentes bases de données (hiérarchie, mobilier, fréquences, non clients, dédoublonnage, etc.) et coordination des différents projets sur ce sujet
- Mise à jour mensuelle (assortiments, clients, mappings, géocodage)
- Automatisation des mises à jour via templates (plannings, assortiments)
- PRISE EN MAIN DU PACK HEBDO EN PARALLELE DU DEPLOIEMENT DE POWER BI POUR LA FDV
- Mise à jour hebdomadaire des fichiers constitutifs du Pack Hebdo pour la force de vente

**PROFIL SOUHAITÉ**:

- BAC+2/+3 Ecole de Commerce ou équivalent Université
- Connaissance d’Excel avancée, PowerBI
- Bonne capacité d’analyse et de synthèse
- Prise d’initiative, proactivité et motivation
- Très bonne organisation personnelle, autonomie, rigueur et flexibilité
