Accounts Payable Coordinator

**Poste**:
Reporting to the Group Finance Department, you will contribute to the reliability of the internalization of supplier accounting and payment campaigns. You will ensure the smooth flow of accounting and financial management by guaranteeing the consistency of supplier transactions, payments and cash flow monitoring, against a background of the implementation of a new ERP (EPICOR) and changes in processes. The following list is by no means exhaustive, but you will be in charge of:

- the management of supplier payments, their allocation control, accounting entry, as well as their post-banking control, for several Group companies
- entry of certain invoices and management of the supplier database
- monitoring bank accounts and reconciliations
- monitoring and settlement of expense claims
- intra-Group re-invoicing, including calculation of allocations (insurance, rent, miscellaneous purchases)
- monitoring cash flow in France and specific intra-group advances
- a bi-annual project: checking engineers' clocking in and out for CIR purposes
- management of relations with service providers, and in particular with the accounting firm
- occasional physical reception of visitors on the floor

**Profil**:
With a higher degree in accounting, you have at least 4 years' experience in a similar position, in a demanding environment requiring a high level of responsiveness. You are a self-starter, eager to learn and develop your skills as part of a small, dynamic team in a human-sized company.

You are naturally proficient in the main office automation tools (Pack Office) and have experience with an ERP (knowledge of EPICOR would be an asset).

You have a good command of spoken and written English, which will be used frequently in your work.
