**Job Description**:
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Architect who would have the opportunity to work on global projects at Believe. As a Technical Architect, you will be responsible for providing end to end solutions using Salesforce and Salesforce products and also mentor the Salesforce team. You will guide the team to implement robust and scalable solution models by implementing cost effective and efficient tools and techniques.

**Qualifications**:
Key responsibilities:

- Enforce best practices for development, deployment and integration.
- Design and instruct the solution framework to the Salesforce development team.
- Understand the User Stories and provide accurate work load estimates.
- Work in a consultative fashion to improve communication, collaboration, and alignment amongst teams inside and outside of the organization.
- Stay current on Salesforce releases, new features, product roadmaps.

Required Qualifications:

- 8+ years of experience with full Salesforce implementation (any cloud).
- Platform Development 1, Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce App Builder Certified.
- Good oral and written communication skills in English.

Desired Qualifications:

- Knowledge in Apex, VisualForce, JavaScript
- Knowledge on Webservices, XML, SOAP and REST APIs.
- Migration Toolkit scripting
- Good understanding of Agile Methodologies.
